Description
An artisan butter apple pie from the top segment. This pie is uniquely built up in layers: a base of crumbly cake, followed by creamy crème pâtissière, soaked raisins and freshly peeled apples.
The cake layer provides a full flavour and quality retention in the chiller. Finished with a hand-laid lattice of butter pastry. Pre-cut into 12 very generous slices.

Thaw in the refrigerator for the best result.
Thawing in the oven depends on the oven used. We advise against thawing in an oven, because this affects the structure of the apple pie slice. We understand that during unexpected busy periods you may need to act quickly. Therefore, always test it first.
Thawing advice: Remove the packaging before thawing.
Room temperature 5 hours Refrigerator 24 hours Heat the frozen pie in a preheated oven (165°C) for approximately 20 minutes. Ovens heat differently. Therefore test with one piece first.
The slower you thaw, the better the quality.
