Description
A classic butter apple pie made of crispy Viennese pastry and a recognisable golden-yellow lattice. The filling consists of a fresh apple compote with soaked raisins, sugar and cinnamon.
This pie is finished with almond sticks and a layer of apricot glaze for a beautiful shine and extra taste experience. Pre-cut into 12 slices.

Thawing in the oven depends on the oven used. We advise against thawing in an oven, because this affects the structure of the apple pie slice. We understand that during unexpected busy periods you may need to act quickly. Therefore, always test it first.
Thawing advice: Remove the packaging before thawing.
Room temperature 5 hours Refrigerator 24 hours Heat the frozen pie in a preheated oven (165°C) for approximately 20 minutes. Ovens heat differently. Therefore test with one piece first.
The slower you thaw, the better the quality.
