Shipping policy
Delivery Conditions
At Beuk Appeltaarten we apply the following conditions regarding the transport and delivery of our products, in accordance with the general terms and conditions of COVEG.
1. Delivery address and receipt
- Delivery takes place at the address provided by you, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
- You are obliged to accept the purchased goods at the moment of delivery or at the moment they are offered to you.
- You must ensure sufficient loading and unloading facilities and a waiting time for delivery that is as short as possible.
- If acceptance is refused or if essential information for delivery is missing, all additional costs will be charged to you.
2. Transport and risk
- Shipment and transport are at the expense of Beuk Appeltaarten.
- The risk for the products passes to you at the moment of delivery at the address of the counterparty.
- This risk also passes at the moment of delivery if the legal ownership of the products has not yet transferred.
3. Delivery times
- The stated delivery times are indicative and based on the circumstances at the time the agreement was concluded.
- A stated delivery time shall never be regarded as a strict (fatal) deadline, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
- If we require information from you in order to fulfil the order, the delivery time will only start once you have provided this information to us.
- Exceeding the indicative delivery time does not entitle you to compensation.
4. Partial deliveries
- Beuk Appeltaarten is entitled to deliver orders in parts.
- We are entitled to invoice each partial delivery separately, unless a partial delivery has no independent value.
5. Force majeure
In the event of force majeure (such as strikes, transport difficulties, fire or government measures), Beuk Appeltaarten is entitled to suspend delivery or to dissolve the agreement without being liable for any compensation.
