Description
The Burgundian Apple Pie from Beuk has been one of the most popular apple pies in the Netherlands for years! This fresh and fruity pie is made of traditional Viennese pastry and has an abundant filling of fresh apple wedges, soaked raisins and original Indonesian cinnamon.
The pie is finished with lightly caramelised apple cubes and apricot jam, giving a full fruit flavour. For your convenience already pre-cut into 10 large slices of ~180 grams.

Thaw in the refrigerator for the best result.
Thawing in the oven depends on the oven used. We advise against thawing in an oven, because this affects the structure of the apple pie slice. We understand that during unexpected busy periods you may need to act quickly. Therefore, always test it first.
Thawing advice: Remove the packaging before thawing.
Room temperature 5 hours Refrigerator 24 hours Heat the frozen pie in a preheated oven (165°C) for approximately 20 minutes. Ovens heat differently. Therefore test with one piece first.
The slower you thaw, the better the quality.
