Description
Goutier fruit cake, pre-cut, 800 grams per cake. Made with butter and free-range egg, with 4,3% raisin, 1,0% apple, 0,8% melon and 0,3% orange peel.
Per portion of 40 grams: 162 kcal (682 kJ). Contains wheat, egg and milk. May contain almond and hazelnut.

Thawing advice
Thaw in the refrigerator for the best result.
Thawing in the oven depends on the oven used. We advise against thawing in an oven, because this affects the structure of the apple pie slice. We understand that during unexpected busy periods you may need to act quickly. Therefore, always test it first.
Leave the cake to thaw for approx. 4 hours at room temperature in the plastic bag or under a cake cover.
Tip: If you separate the cake slices while frozen and leave them to thaw, the thawing time is considerably shorter.
The slower you thaw, the better the quality.
