Classic plain cake, made with 10% butter and fresh free-range eggs. This cake is deliciously light and already pre-cut into 20 slices for you for optimal ease of use. Ready to use straight from the freezer (after thawing).

Thawing advice
Thaw in the refrigerator for the best result.
Thawing in the oven depends on the oven used. We advise against thawing in an oven, because this affects the structure of the apple pie slice. We understand that during unexpected busy periods you may need to act quickly. Therefore, always test it first.
Leave the cake to thaw for approx. 4 hours at room temperature in the plastic bag or under a cake cover.
Tip: If you slice the cake while frozen and leave the slices to thaw separately, the thawing time is considerably shorter.
The slower you thaw, the better the quality.
